Why Early December
Winter Park opens in November, but the first half of December is the quietest stretch of the season. The mountain is running, the snow is building, and the crowds have not arrived yet.
It is also a Front Range mountain, which means it fills on weekends and empties by Sunday night. Sunday through Tuesday is as quiet as it gets. No lift lines, no Saturday morning crawl over Berthoud Pass, and the pools, the two hot tubs and the sauna mostly to yourself.
What You Get
A studio that sleeps four on custom Murphy beds, a queen and a bunk. Full kitchen with real cookware. Fireplace and TV in the living area.
The Corridor Trail puts you on snow about 250 feet from the elevator. That is ski-in/ski-out in the literal sense, not the shuttle-assisted kind.

The $625 total covers three nights, the cleaning fee, and all Colorado and Winter Park lodging taxes. A $500 refundable deposit is collected at booking and returned after checkout. Direct bookings only, subject to availability, for stays December 1 to 18, 2026.
